Legalizations

You can visit our office to legalize your signature on documents.
The person who signs the document must identify himself with a valid proof of identity.
When a signature is notarized, the notary declares that a certain document has been signed by you.
The notary does this in a statement and confirms with his signature and official stamp that the signature under the document is actually the signature of the signatory.
The legalization statement can be issued in Dutch, English, French or German on request.
Spier & Hazenberg can also arrange an apostille on your document.
