Léontine Venker
Léontine has been working at Spier & Hazenberg since October 2014 in the corporate law department. Before joining Spier & Hazenberg, she worked at various notary offices. Léontine specializes in company law. She has a great deal of experience in the field of mergers, demergers and takeovers and regularly works together with tax specialists, accountants and lawyers.
Léontine studied at Leiden University, during her studies she studied for a semester at the University of Vienna, Austria.
In addition to the usual notarial training, Léontine has also successfully completed the Grotius training course ‘Corporate Structures’.
In October 2019, Léontine was appointed as an added notary.
