Gerben Gramser

Gerben Gramser studied at the University of Groningen and the University of Edinburgh. He graduated in 1994 in both Dutch law and notarial law. Since 2002 he has been working at Notariskantoor Spier & Hazenberg. In 2009 he was appointed as a notary.

Gerben specializes in family law, inheritance law, relationship property law and estate planning. He mainly deals with complex estates and estates with international aspects. He has focused on cases related to France, the United Kingdom and the United States. Gerben has good knowledge of both the English and the French language.

Gerben has a lot of experience at both professional and interpersonal level and is able to quickly clarify a personal situation. This allows him to bring complex and often emotional situations to a successful conclusion in an open, relaxed and careful manner.

Gerben is an estate planner affiliated with the EPN (Association of Estate Planners in the notarial profession). Within the EPN he is a member of the prenuptial agreement committee. He is also trained as a mediator.

In 2016, the protocol of former civil-law notary mr. J.C.H.J. Blekemolen added to Gerben’s protocol.
